I was with a startup that got acquired by a big tech company and our 4 year vesting schedule is coming up this November. Figured I’d throw in a champagne based cocktail to celebrate how far we’ve come and color matched to our start up logo. Opportunities like these don't come around often, just like when you spotted a yellow chartreuse bottle.

Recipe:

- Champagne 2oz

- Yellow Chartreuse 0.5oz

- Dragon fruit powder mix with water and splash of simple syrup

Garnish with some champagne grapes
