I used to love freezer-door martinis or those that hit like a brick, but lately, I’ve been enjoying a softer, more balanced martini, still clean and crisp. If you like the sound of that, here’s the recipe:
Soft & Clean Gin Martini 🍸
- 2oz Botanist gin
- 1oz Otokoyama sake (preferably sake with crisp and sharp taste)
- Splash of dry vermouth
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
Dilution is one of the most key element to a martini, make sure to take your time to stir
Finished with a lemon peel
